This 5 bedroom, 4 bath, smoke-free executive villa is located in the highly sought-after Indian Creek subdivision approx 3.5 miles from Disney's attractions and golf courses and one mile from many shops and restaurants on Highway 192. It is 25 min from Orlando Airport, 15 min to Sea World, and 20 min to Universal Studios.

The two en-suites (one king and one queen) open to the pool area and have luxurious pillow-top beds. A third Queen-size bedroom has pillow-top bed and adjoining bath.

All three have color TVs. Our remaining 2 bedrooms each contain two twin beds; color TVs, the X-box 360, VCR and component stereo system.

Hairdryers in all baths - two in double-vanity master bath. Plush linens throughout. Ceiling fans and lighting throughout our home are remote controlled.

Our Florida villa in Indian Creek is a spacious villa well designed with plenty of room for everyone. The mornings are quite except for the children having fun in the pools.With our private and spacious screened in pool you will relax after a long day at the parks or our home is close enough to Disney to pop home in the afternoon for a dip in the pool and a break and go back to the parks in the evening.

Our home offers: 2 King Master en suite,1 Queen Bedroom, and 2 twin rooms our bedrooms offer TV’s, spacious living, dining room and kitchen.Amenities include:Wireless Internet, TV, DVD's, VCR's, Stereo, CD Player, Full kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Cooking utensils, Linens, pool towels, Washer & Dryer, Hair Dryers, Iron and ironing board, covered lanai with a private pool.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 3 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities . This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.  The villa has 4 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has a 30ft pool and a 6ft jacuzzi.   The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table. There is room for 12 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils. This is a non-smoking villa ( smoking allowed outside the villa area )

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, a barbecue. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting. 30ft Swimming pool and 6ft jacuzzi. We are an award winning property as featured in the Disney guide.  Live Camera Feed For guests security my place is protected around the outside with live Cameras.
